The perfect workshop to learn some foundation dishes in macrobiotic cooking. The menu will be totally different from the previous Fresh Start. Beginner or advanced, you will enjoy the class.
Lecture Topic: Making Sense of Yin and Yang This concept is behind much of what we do in macrobiotic practice. Warren will lead a lively discussion giving examples of how we use this principle in daily life.
