Special Workshop.  Location to Be Announced.

We had such positive feedback from our last one so we have decided to offer another.  Different menu, same format. Workshop includes: Cooking a balanced meal together/chopping and meal preparation for lunch. (including condiment and dessert). Warren and 2-3 assistants will be guiding the class. Knife sharpening skills, cutting board care.

Lecture after lunch: Healing Emotional Eating. For many people food is much more than nutrition.  it is used for comfort, to numb the pain, fill the void, to forget the past, to uplift the day and much more. We will look at the intimate relationship we have with food and how to create peace within ourselves.

Fee is $100.00 if paid by March 1st, $125.00 thereafter. Class is limited to 15 participants.

Please bring a knife, apron and cutting board.
