The beginning of Spring begins early February and is the time to make seasonal adjustments to align with our environment. It is also liver/gallbladder time. A period when it is vital to support these detox organs. Warren will demonstrate a delicious Springtime meal with dishes that are appropriate for the season. A full meal to be served and recipes provided.
