Tuesday 8/19 Cooking Class: Seasonal Late Summer Cooking to Support the Spleen, Pancreas and Stomach
Adjustments in our food choices, cooking styles and
seasonings help to prepare us for the changing season
and weather. This is also the time of the year we focus our
attention on the spleen, pancreas and stomach. These organs
have an essential rolein blood sugar stability. We will discuss
how to support these organs with food, remedies and lifestyle.
A delicious full meal will be served and recipes provided.
